Data Collected Automatically from Users:

User Profiles:
Users will be able to register their account to find or post jobs on the Site and the following data may be collected which will be visible to all users across the platform:
Jobseeker Profile: When you register your account as a Jobseeker, we may collect the data, such as, without limitation, your Personal Data, pictures, work history, professional licenses, liability insurance information, resume, your previous, current and expected pay-rates, production numbers, performance ratings, feedback, username (“Jobseeker Profile”). The data collected in your Profile may be visible to all users across the platform.
Employer Profile: Employers will also be able to create their “Employer Profile” and we may collect data, such as, without limitation, office names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, individual user’s phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses who are accessing the Service on Employer’s account, feedback, ratings, office equipment, office technology, provider information, ownership/affiliation information, pay-rates, employment benefits, hiring statuses for applicants, and such data in the Employer Profile maybe visible to all users across the platform.
You consent to receiving SMS notifications by providing your mobile phone number to the Service and if you do not wish to receive SMS notifications, you can opt-out of SMS notifications on the Site. Messages and data charges may apply for messages sent to you or sent by you to us and you can reach out to your mobile phone service provider for more information on the applicable charges.
We use the data we collect for for the following purposes:
We retain all or some of the data we collect, at our discretion, for as long as the Company deems necessary. If you request to close your account with the Service, you will not be able to access the Service. While we make reasonable efforts to remove data associated with you after you delete your account, it is not always possible to remove all the data created during your use of the Service. Such data will persist on the Service and may not be removed from public domain.
While Company takes reasonable measures to secure your data, no method of transmission or storage of data is considered 100% secure and Company does not guarantee security of any data you provide or any data that was created during your use of the Service.
We respect your right to privacy and do not sell your Personal Data to third parties without your consent. Data contained within Employer Profile and Jobseeker Profile is visible to all users across the platform and is shared between Jobseeker and Employer accounts to facilitate the purpose of the Site.
All of our Company employees, service providers, contractors and affiliates may have access to your data as they accomplish tasks including, without limitation, general administration, database management, server management, analytics, marketing, advertising, payment processing, security, fraud detection.
We may share Non-Identifying Data with advertisers to allow them to run targeted advertising on the Service. If you click on any links on such advertisements, the privacy of the data collected by the advertiser, even if using the functionality available on the Service (such as forms within the Site), shall be subject to advertiser’s privacy policy and the Company shall not be responsible for privacy of the data collected by the advertisers. If you choose to use the Service to share the data with the advertiser, we may send the data you authorize including Personal Data, Non-Identifying Data, Jobseeker Profile data, Employer Profile data to the advertiser but the data’s privacy will be governed by the privacy policy of the advertiser and the Company shall not be responsible for the privacy of the data shared with the advertiser.
Company will share data with government agencies, as required by law. We cooperate with government agencies and their professionals, law enforcement professionals and private parties involved in ensuring compliance with the law. Company, at its sole discretion, shall disclose data about you in response to subpoenas or at request of government agencies or at the request of any third parties investigating any legal matter.
Company will sell, transfer or share all or part of your data, including your Personal Data in an event of merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, restructuring or sale of assets, including as part of due-diligence process with any acquiring entity.
You will have an option on the Site to opt in or out of communications you receive from the Company.
