Any reference to “we”, “our”, “us”, “DDS Network” in this Agreement shall mean “DDS Network Private Limited”.
Any reference to “you” or “your” in this section refers to the Users accessing the Service in any capacity.
Each time you access or use the DDS Network Services using theddsnetwork.com (Site), mobile applications, browser extensions or plugins, you represent and warrant that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Site is made available by DDS Network Private Limited (private, for-profit corporation), for use by dental professionals, in an individual capacity (“Job Seekers”), to search for and apply to jobs/employment opportunities (“Job Advertisements”). Such Job Advertisements are posted by the individuals/organizations or their affiliates or agents (“Employers”) seeking to make available information regarding their Job Advertisements.
DDS Network is not a “staffing agency” or a “temporary staffing agency”. DDS Network is a marketplace connecting Job Seekers and Employers.
DDS Network may, at any time, permanently remove or temporarily revoke (for an undefined period, at our sole discretion) your access to the Site without providing any reason.
DDS Network may remove any contents from the Site without providing prior notice or without providing any reason for removal of such contents.
We may change this Agreement at any time by posting a revised Agreement through the Site and your continued use of the Site shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
DDS Network collects, processes and analyzes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You agree to not post any content which can be deemed abusive, harmful, offensive, inappropriate or objectionable.
You understand and acknowledge that DDS Network is not responsible for accuracy of information available on the Site and that you will be responsible to perform your due diligence before taking any action based on your usage of the Site.
It is not allowed on the Site to post content or advertisements with ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, spam, investing opportunities, pornographic content, nudity.
Do not provide false information and do not impersonate an individual or an organization.
It is not allowed to write a piece of code or script that may impact the normal functioning of the Site or cause any harm to the Site or impact the privacy and security of the data of the Site Users.
DDS Network may use third parties for the protection of the Site and the Users and you consent to use of such third parties for monitoring the activities on the Site and for the protection of the Users on the platform. You can report malicious activity by any User to DDS Network by sending an email to support@theddsnetwork.com.
DDS Network reserves the right to disclose all information pertaining to all the Users including their activities on the Site upon request by law enforcement agencies or to comply with court-mandated requests or subpoenas.
DDS Network disclaims all liability for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, legality of any contents, information or material on the Site made available by DDS Network or by third parties. DDS Network disclaims any and all liability arising out of technical errors, issues or malfunctions, be it software or hardware.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Gujarat, Republic of India. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat for resolving any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Any reference to “you” or “your” in this section refers to the Users accessing the Service in “Job Seeker” capacity.
Searching for Jobs is free for the Job Seekers on the Site and we do not charge any fees from the Job Seekers for viewing or applying to any Job Advertisements listed on the Site.
You acknowledge and understand that the Job Advertisements are created by Employers that are outside the control of DDS Network therefore, DDS Network cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of the contents of such Job Advertisements including the identity of the Employer.
Job Advertisements may contain links to external websites, which may lead you to Employer’s website, Employer’s Applicant Tracking System/ATS, other job boards, or any other websites which are beyond our control and DDS Network shall not be liable for any harm caused due to your interaction with such links or websites.
DDS Network assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for the contents of the Job Advertisements submitted by the Employer.
Each Job Seeker is required to create their DDS Network Profile (“Profile”) before applying to the Jobs on the Site and you acknowledge and understand that the information contained in the Profile is essential for the overall functioning and your experience of the Site including relevant Job recommendations, evaluation by Employers for Jobs you apply to, Jobs search function on the Site, and visibility of your Profile during the hiring process of the Employer.
DDS Network provides Job recommendations on the Site to the registered Job Seekers based on their Profile data, their past Job applications and other relevant information. DDS Network may send such Job recommendations to you by email or text messaging. You will have an option to turn off the notifications about such Job recommendations on the Site.
We may provide Resume/Profile Search functionality to the Employers in which the Employers will be able to search for the Profiles of professionals by entering various criteria. By default, your Profile is set to public status. You understand and acknowledge that when your Profile is set to public status, it can be viewed and downloaded by the Employers while using the Resume/Profile Search functionality.
Each time you apply to any Job Advertisement, your Profile will be submitted to the Employer who has posted the Job Advertisement. Employers may contact you by using the details provided by you in your Profile. You will have an option on the Site to change your Profile from public to private. However, any Employers who have already viewed or downloaded your Profile from the Site before the change may have the access to your Profile, even after you have changed the status of your Profile to private. Changing the Profile status from public to private does not affect the Job application process. Employers will still be able to access your Profile for all the Job Advertisements to which you choose to apply.
You understand and acknowledge that prior to applying for any positions on the Site, you are responsible for ensuring that you are applying to the intended Job Advertisement. Once you apply to the Job Advertisement, you are authorizing DDS Network to automatically submit your Profile to the Employer and DDS Network does not control the usage of the information contained in your Profile by the Employer.
When you apply to any Job Advertisements on DDS Network, it may be routed to an Applicant Tracking System/ATS or any other hiring software or solutions that Employer utilizes to manage their hiring processes. You agree to the Employer’s use of such systems or software and understand that the information contained in your Profile will be saved on a third-party platform.
Any reference to “you” or “your” in this section refers to the Users accessing the Service in “Employer” capacity.
You acknowledge and agree that you will post the employment opportunities, only for your organization, in the form of “Job Advertisements” on the Site and you will take all measures necessary to ensure that all the information contained in the Job Advertisement is true and accurate.
You will ensure that outdated information is removed from the Site and that any incomplete or inaccurate information is corrected as soon as you are made aware of such information. You understand and agree that DDS Network, in its sole discretion, may remove any Job Advertisement(s) from the Site, without notice. While we strive to provide you with the reason for removing your Job Advertisement(s), we may not always be able to or willing to do so.
DDS Network may reject or remove any Job Advertisement(s) that may be discriminatory in nature. It is your responsibility to refrain from posting any Job Advertisement(s) that maybe considered discriminatory in nature
DDS Network does not verify the identity of the Job Seekers and it is your responsibility to ensure that the Job Seekers you are interacting with meet all the necessary requirements. DDS Network disclaims all liability for any harm caused in connection with or arising from your interaction with the Job Seekers.
You agree and understand that the contact information of the Job Seekers is provided to you as a part of the Job Application process and you must not spam the Job Seeker with communications which are not relevant to the Job Advertisement for which the Job Seeker has applied.
You will be allowed to create access to the DDS Network Site to post your Job Advertisements and receive Job Seeker applications. You will also be allowed to add multiple team members into the same account to manage the hiring processes for your organization. You agree and understand that it is solely your responsibility to control and manage access of all individual team members who have access to the Site and remove their access in a timely manner, if required, for any reason, at your discretion. DDS Network disclaims all liability arising out of or in connection with misuse of your account resulting from your failure of removing access of the Site for such individual team members.
You represent and warrant that you own the content or you are an authorized individual to distribute any content you provide to the DDS Network on the Site or otherwise. You grant to DDS Network a license to use your name, branding, logos, content, trademarks that will be used to publicize and promote your Job Advertisements in various ways including keyword advertising on search engines, organic and paid promotions on online and offline channels and on social media. You hereby irrevocably waive all rights to claims for violation of your rights pertaining to publicity that may arise pursuant to our exercise of the rights granted under this license.
